I’m unemployed, how will I pay for This forced health insurance?

If fined, how will I pay that? Will they just go into my bank account and take whatever is there?
with this forced health insurance, will I still be able to see my doctor as usual? Will doctors get the same pay?

No one knows the answers to your questions since the Democrats have been meeting in secret and not sharing the details. As with most government taxpayer funded programs we the citizens will get the short end of the stick

The whole reason they are fighting for healthcare is so people like you who are unemployed can access healthcare at an affordable cost. Why would they take money out of the pockets of people who are making nothing? The whole purpose of the health care push is so people who are making nothing can still see a doctor without having to pay all this money out of their own pocket, money they dont have…..and people who are making low income, can see a doctor for a cheaper price. They haven’t passed anything yet, but every proposal so far has made it clear that people who are unemployed will benefit the most from this. In other words, if you are unemployed, you don’t pay anything.

If you aren’t receiving a paycheck, then how could they take taxes out of it? It’s most likely going to be a tax. It’s not a forced payment like you write out a check to them, they tax you based on how much you make. That’s why everybody is screaming socialism. Because the more you make, the more you will probably have to pay, and the less you make, the more somebody else picks up your slack and pays for you (although its already like that now because you can walk into an emergency room if its an emergency and not pay your bill, and the people who do pay their bills get charged more for ct scans and things so the hospitals can make up for your debt). So if you aren’t making anything, you will pay less than everybody else, you will pay nothing, since they can’t tax someone who is not making money.

Yes you will still be able to see your doctor. In UK and Canada, they have private doctors, and NHS doctors (government). So you can either go see your doctor under NHS for a low cost (or probably free since you are unemployed), or if he decides to go private, then you can go see him without the government aid and pay out of your pocket to see him like you normally would.

Its really sad how they have brainwashed you into fighting against something that is supposed to help YOU. If you’re unemployed, you are who they are fighting for. They are fighting for you to have healthcare because unemployed people usually dont have insurance and it costs a lot to see a doctor without insurance.

Nope there isn’t such way of going, you will have to put something in your account for sure, If it was anything else in your bank apart from health insurance they would have taken it too.

Frankly, that’s not the politicians’ problem.

Your doctor might not choose to take it. And Obama has already said he thinks doctors charge too much.

But as the public option part seems dead, it’s a moot question.

Oh Good God, quit listening to the media. There is no “health care reform” law yet and, when and if there is such a provision, it will be years before it becomes effective.

It is nice that you are worried about the medical profession while you are unemployed. Many doctors support health reform because they know this current system is not working.

Their will be low income subsidies. That is the point. It is too cover people who cannot get, or cannot afford coverage.

I too, am frustrated by setbacks in health reform though. In particular, it is too bad that the insurers will not be required to take high risk applicants (adults) until 2014 because that is a big problem!

You should ask yourself how you will pay for health insurance now.
